Monthly update for June 2025:
We are running an induction session for all new advocates on the 23rd July 11am-12pm. You should have received the calendar invite for this session but if you have not please find it attached.
This is an opportunity to meet other advocates, gain an insight into the carbon footprint of the NHS and learn about opportunities to be more involved and supported to address the effects of climate change on health. We will share how you can receive further training to become carbon literate or how you can add sustainability to quality improvement projects to create a more environmentally Sustainable MFT.
We are especially keen to hear from advocates who work in Operating Theatres as one of our focus areas for this year is how we can work together to create a Greener Theatres.
