The 2026 NHS Staff Survey launched on Wednesday and every colleague across MFT now has the opportunity to share their experience of working here. You should have received an email invitation in your inbox. If you haven’t completed the survey yet, please take a few minutes to do so today.
The survey is one of the most important ways for you to influence positive change across MFT. This year’s campaign, “Say It, Shape It”, is centred on a simple message: your feedback helps shape the future of our organisation.
Over the past year, MFT has continued to invest in colleague wellbeing, recognition, engagement and listening activities in response to what staff have told us. While there is always more to do, your feedback helps us understand what’s working well, where improvements are needed and what matters most to colleagues.
The survey is completely confidential and managed independently. Individual responses are never shared with MFT, and results are only reported for groups of 11 or more colleagues to protect anonymity.
Every colleague is entitled to up to 15 minutes of protected time during their working day to complete the survey. The more people who take part, the clearer and more representative the picture we get of working life across our teams and services.
There is also a strong link between staff experience and patient experience. By sharing your views on what it’s really like to work here, you help us create the conditions for safer, higher quality care for the people we serve.
Your voice matters. Your experience matters.
