An e-learning module is now available on the Learning Hub (Kallidus): Learn | Safe Transition from Dalteparin to Tinzaparin: Adult Clinical Practice Essentials
The module explains the rationale for the change, the dosing regimen and the process for preparation and administration of Tinzaparin injections.
All colleagues who will prescribe, administer and supply Tinzaparin should arrange to complete the e-learning module by Monday 31 August.
Additional training sessions have been delivered to F1 and F2 Doctors and pharmacy teams.
