Deepika Lakshmi Ganesan, Specialist Paediatric Dietitian in Complications of Excess Weight (CEW) said “Three months post-training and I still am using its valuable insights! The training pared down on refining strengths I already am bringing to my role; reinforcing the importance of authentic leadership, emotional intelligence and self-awareness in achieving positive outcomes for our teams, departments and wider organisation. In my view, this course empowers established leaders to strengthen their existing capabilities, to continue their professional growth with confidence and purpose.”
Beth Frost, Operations Manager, Imaging said “The course provided valuable leadership insights, practical tools that I can apply immediately in my role. It was also a fantastic opportunity to meet colleagues from across the Trust, learn from their experiences, and build connections beyond my own department. I left feeling more confident, motivated, and equipped to lead effectively.”
While each initiative focuses on a different aspect of leadership and culture, together they demonstrate CSS’s commitment to turning colleague feedback into meaningful action. By investing in its people, CSS is helping create workplaces where colleagues feel heard, supported and empowered to deliver their best work.
