Last week, Dame Kelly Holmes presented our first Global Majority Leaders Awards at our Ignite Celebrating Belonging Conference 
The award recognises colleagues from global majority backgrounds who go above and beyond to make a real difference to colleagues, patients and their families every day.
Two of the five incredible winners were from CSS:
Epiphania Muranda, Lead Radiographer, Clinical and Scientific Services, received this award for her commitment to uplifting Global Majority colleagues through mentorship and advocacy. She creates spaces where underrepresented voices are heard and valued, helping her colleagues grow.
Anu Baby, Charge Nurse and Lead Research Champion, Critical Care, is a trailblazer for Global Majority leadership in research, opening doors for international and Global Majority colleagues to see themselves in clinical academic careers through mentorship, culturally informed research and visible representation.
