This year marks the sixth year of the CSS Star Awards. What began as an opportunity to recognise excellence across our services has grown into a flagship event that shines a spotlight on the dedication, innovation, compassion and professionalism that exist across CSS every day.
It is a chance to pause for a moment. To step back from the demands of busy working lives and recognise the extraordinary contributions that colleagues make to patients, families, partners and each other.
I am delighted to share that we received 678 nominations this year, the highest number in the history of the awards. That is an incredible achievement and a testament to the remarkable people who work across CSS.
