Our Staff Star Awards brought some truly special moments, and we’re delighted to share some highlights that captured the spirit of our people. First, the CTCCU (Cardiothoracic Critical Care Unit) team brought energy and joy to the stage with their two brilliant dance performances, opening and closing the ceremony. It was a powerful reminder of the teamwork, confidence and fun that sits at the heart of our services.
We also heard a moving performance from Epiphania, who read her poem ‘Shine’. Her words were heartfelt and inspiring, celebrating strength, kindness and the difference each of us makes every day. Together, these videos show the incredible talent, passion and pride across our teams – take a moment to watch and feel proud to be part of it.
