Tomorrow, we come together for one of the highlights of the CSS calendar – the CSS Star Awards.
After receiving an incredible678 nominations, our judging panels were faced with an enviable challenge. Every nomination told a story of dedication, compassion, innovation, teamwork and going above and beyond for patients, each other and services. The sheer volume and quality of nominations was a powerful reminder of the extraordinary people who make CSS what it is.
And now we can announce our wonderful finalists;
To all our finalists – congratulations. Reaching the shortlist from such a strong field is an achievement in itself and reflects the impact you have made on those around you. You should be incredibly proud.
The awards are an opportunity to pause and recognise the people and teams who make CSS such a special place to work. In a year that has brought challenges, pressures and change, these awards remind us of what is possible when people come together with a shared commitment to delivering the very best for our patients and each other.
We are looking forward to what promises to be a fantastic afternoon of celebration, recognition and inspiration. It will be a chance to hear some remarkable stories, reflect on the difference our colleagues make every day, and celebrate Team CSS.
