The work of VCFSE organisations in the areas surrounding our MFT Hospitals and services can help to complement how you help our patients to maintain their health by supporting them with social or lifestyle factors that contribute to poor health and through supporting people to self-care.
We’re really pleased to share that we’re holding two information ‘roadshow’ events at our Oxford Road site on 23rd June and Wythenshawe on 3rd July. These will be attended by local VCFSE organisations who work on the health and social care agenda, see clients, and could work in collaboration with us to help patients to support and maintain their health.
