Across Clinical and Scientific Services, you see every day where things work well and where they could work better. Whether it’s improving a patient pathway, reducing duplication, making better use of equipment, simplifying a process or removing unnecessary steps, the people closest to the work often have the best insight into how we can improve care and make better use of our resources.
That’s why we’re encouraging everyone across CSS to get involved with Share to Save – a new Trust-wide route for sharing ideas that could help improve value, reduce waste, save time and support better outcomes for patients.
We know there is already a huge amount of innovation and improvement happening across our services.
Share to Save builds on that by creating a simple way for you to share ideas you have identified in your day-to-day work, particularly ideas that may not yet have come through a formal programme, project or improvement initiative. You do not need a business case or fully developed proposal – just share what you have noticed – no idea is too small or too ambitious!
Ideas will be reviewed and progressed as they are received, with support from the Trust where appropriate.
Get involved
We want Share to Save to become part of how we work across CSS – creating more opportunities for you to contribute to improvement. If you’ve spotted something that could work better, save time, reduce waste or improve the way we deliver care, we encourage you to share it.
For more information, head to the SharePoint Hub and use the form to submit an idea.
