Are you a CSS Star Finalist?

All 678 nominees across the 10 categories have now been contacted and should have received their nomination, along with a certificate and a letter from Gareth Adams recognising their contribution.
This is a small but important way of saying thank you — not just for what they’ve done, but for the difference they make every day to colleagues, patients and services across CSS. Being nominated is an achievement in itself, and each story shared reflects the pride, care and commitment within our teams.

Shortlisting has now taken place, and once again the standard has been incredibly high.
The nominations truly showcase the outstanding work happening across CSS — from quiet acts of kindness to impactful improvements and innovations. Choosing finalists has not been easy, with so many deserving individuals and teams highlighted by their peers.

What to expect next

All finalists will be contacted by email and invited to attend the CSS Star Awards celebration event on 3 July 2026 at 12.30pm, held at the Whitworth Art Gallery.
This will be a chance to come together, celebrate success, and recognise the people behind the nominations. We’re looking forward to sharing this moment with our finalists and shining a light on the exceptional work happening across CSS.
