To mark Admin Professionals Day, the CSS Workforce and OD team and Apprenticeships team headed over to the REH Atrium to get out and about, say thank you in person, and celebrate the incredible contribution of our admin colleagues.
Alongside colleagues from the Apprenticeships Team, we spent time talking to staff about the Careers Hub, the support available through careers coaching, and the many different pathways and opportunities open to people working in admin roles. It was a brilliant chance to have real conversations, answer questions, and highlight just how valued and vital admin roles are within CSS and across the Trust.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a celebration without a few treats too. We were delighted to hand out some Body Shop goodies, with the simple aim of putting a smile on people’s faces and saying a heartfelt thank you. The response said it all – friendly chats, smiles, and a lovely buzz in the Atrium.
We’re incredibly proud to be part of the CSS workforce and OD team, and even prouder to take opportunities like this to celebrate our amazing admin colleagues – not just today, but every day.
