In MFT we have 4 brilliant Cardiac Rehab services with bases in the hospitals and community venues. Thanks for all your hard work in Heart Month and the rest of the year.
The Ticker Club has been supporting patients in Wythenshawe Hospital since 1987 through its team of ward visitor volunteers who have all had a heart procedure and experienced the same concerns and recovery processes.
The Ticker Club fund items of equipment in the Wythenshawe Cardiac Rehab Gym this aids recovery post event for cardiac patients. This is managed by a team of dedicated and highly trained specialist physio’s, OT, DT and assistant.
The Ticker Club appreciate that without the help of fundraisers we would not be able to provide the funding for the equipment and literature that is used for cardiac patients care and information.
