Why should I do it? This is all about looking after yourself, turning December into a month of health, fitness and fun. Improving your health and wellbeing by joining in with the annual seasonal challenge.
How do I prove I have done the challenge? Your conscience will know. You don’t have to prove your activities, but I love to hear how you are getting on. If you would like to share your stories & photos with others, you can email them to me, join the closed Facebook group-The Great MFT Marcothon Challenge or for those Strava lovers, join Strava-MFT Marcothon Runners.
What does it involve? Start today. Whether you are a seasoned exerciser or runner or just starting your fitness journey, the challenge is for you. Run 3 miles/5K or do 30 minutes of exercise every single day in December.
Enter January 2026 with no blue Mondays. Feeling full of energy, in control, clear in your thinking and feeling good?
During the challenge I’ll try to share some Podcasts, book recommendations and websites that you might enjoy. Starting today, with a You Tube link for those who fancy doing some Yoga, Yoga with Adriene. A super, bendy lady, providing yoga for all abilities on her You Tube channel.
Finally, please remember to always stay safe when exercising. Make sure you rest & recover, rehydrate and eat sensibly. If you are running outdoors, always make sure you are wearing high vis, told somebody of your route and time to be expected back, and be careful to not get in the way of others.
The poster is attached if you would like to share with your teams. I know you will love it, and I’m looking forward to hearing from you, of whose joining in.
