Our monthly CSS Team Brief has been steadily growing over the past few years.
And thanks to you, September’s team brief marked a milestone of 3,000 attendees.
The session is spit into two parts:
- Information and updates about the Trust and CSS (led by the senior leadership team)
- Have your say – based on a monthly topic (led by you)
Based on your feedback, we now include a monthly ‘CSS Team Spotlight’, where teams come and share the amazing work they are doing for patients and families. You can nominate your team, or nominate a team you think should be recognised.
We have also had 2,500 pieces of feedback, which have been used to shape our ‘Let’s Talk about Flexible Working’ campaign, CSS Civility programme, CSS Induction, Shout Outs and CSS Star Awards.
We also recognise successes from the previous month, and share celebration days for the month ahead.
Anyone can ask for a topic at CSS Team Brief, and the same for articles on CSS News.
