🎗️ Leading from the top – Gareth Adams takes fundraising to new heights 🧗‍♂️

We’re proud to share that our Chief Executive, Gareth Adams, will be taking part in the Heroes at the Hyatt Charity Abseil in Manchester – all in support of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust Charity.

On Friday 4 July, Gareth will bravely abseil down the iconic Hyatt Regency Hotel, raising funds to help enhance patient care, support NHS staff wellbeing, and invest in vital research and equipment across our hospitals.

The money raised from my challenge will support the Children’s Rocket Scanner Appeal to equip our hospitals with two child-friendly MRI simulators.

The scanners look, sound, and feel like the real thing and will be vital in reducing fear in young patients as they prepare for a real scan. If you are able to make a donation, it will support this invaluable equipment to ensure our young patients have access to the very best treatment and care.

This exciting challenge is part of the Trust’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the community and supporting the incredible work of our NHS colleagues.

We encourage all staff to show their support by making a donation – no matter how big or small – and helping Gareth reach his fundraising target for this fantastic cause.

Let’s get behind Gareth and make a real difference together.
