Almost 9,000 of you have now completed your NHS Staff Survey.
If you haven’t, please complete it today as your feedback is invaluable in helping us make MFT a better place to work, stay or visit.
Since the last staff survey, we’ve been working on how we can improve the commuting experience for colleagues, while encouraging sustainable travel.
Our new Cycle Hub at NMGH has over 100 secure spaces, showers, lockers and a drying room, ensuring colleagues can store their bike in confidence during their shift. More than 80 of you are already taking full advantage of the new facilities, read what some of them had to say by clicking here.
Remember – every MFT colleague who completes their survey can be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 shopping voucher as a token of thanks for your time. Last week’s winner was a School Nurse working in the LCO.
