Celebrating the power of staff networks at MFT

Today we’re marking National Staff Networks Day – a chance to recognise the vital role our staff networks play across MFT.

These networks do far more than connect people. They create space for colleagues to feel heard, supported and valued. They bring lived experience into our conversations. And they help shape a more inclusive, compassionate workplace for everyone.

At MFT, our staff networks are a powerful force for change. Whether they’re influencing policy, challenging assumptions, or simply creating a sense of belonging, their impact is felt right across our organisation.

As part of the day, we’re hosting a special Representation in Practice: Staff Networks Panel during the Ignite festival. This will bring together network voices and leaders to explore what representation really looks like in action – and how we continue to turn insight into meaningful change.

We’ll be sharing more from the session soon, including reflections and key themes.

In the meantime, you can find out more about our staff networks and how to get involved here
